The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to say, “O Allah take away the hardship, O Lord of mankind, give shifa, You are the One who cures, there is no cure except Your shifa, a cure that will not leave any sickness. (Allahumma adhibil ba’sa Rabb an-naas Ishfi antash-shaafii la shifa’aa illa shifa-uka shifa-an la yughadiru saqaman).”

أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءٌ لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمَاً

It would also be recommended to rub the area with one’s right hand — whether the sick person is oneself, or another. [Nawawi, Sharh Sahih Muslim]

Strive to supplicate with one’s own words too, remembering that you will be answered, and realizing the words of Allah “Believers, be patient; outdo others in patience; remain resolute; and be mindful of Allah, in order that you may succeed.” [Qur’an, 3.200]

listen to this as much as possible from relief of illnesses of this world,
listen to at time of fajr (dawn) and maghrib (sunset/dusk)
have beleif of the creater.

Grey hair can be reversed and contained. If you lead a stressful life start your fight against grey hair by taking stress out of the equation. Meditation can help. If your grey hair is due to poor diet it can be easily remedied by eating a balanced diet. Start by consulting your doctor.

Avoid harsh chemical shampoos and hair styling products. Use mild shampoos or herbal shampoos. Minimize use of hair styling gels and other hair styling products.

Finally take care of your hair. Use a hair mask once a week. Use of Ayurvedic oils like Bhringraj etc can help.

آيات الشفاء من كل داء بإذن الله

AYAT E SHIFA To CURE All Diseases, Sickness And Illness ᴴᴰ – Powerful Ruqyah Wazifa For Healing Health From Quran

وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُّؤْمِنِينَ

wa yashfi sudoora qawmin mumineen
And [God] shall heal the breast of the believers. (at-Tawba, 9:14)

وَشِفَاء لِّمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

wa shifaun limaa fee as-sudoori wa hudan wa rahmatun lil-mumineen

A healing for (the diseases) in your hearts, and for those who believe a guidance and a mercy. (Yunus, 10:57)

َيخْرُجُ مِن بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُّخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاء لِلنَّاسِ

yakhruju min butooniha sharaabun mukhtalifun alwaanuhu feehi shifaun lin-naas

There issues from within the bodies of the bee a drink of varying colors wherein is healing for mankind. (an-Nahl, 16:69)

وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاء وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Wa nunazzilu mina al-qurani ma huwa shifaun wa rahmatun lil-mumineen
And We sent down in the Quran such things that have healing and mercy for the believers (an-Najm, 17:82)

وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ

Wa idha maridtu fahuwa yashfeen
And when I am ill, it is [God] who cures me.” (ash-Shu`ara, 26:80) (A supplication of Prophet Abraham [as])

قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هُدًى وَشِفَاء

qul huwa lil-ladheena amanoo hudan wa shifaa

And declare (O Muhammad) that [the Quran] is a guidance and healing for the believers. (al-Fussilat, 41:44)
