This video reviews the process for re-associated your medication prescriptions with ICD-10 based diagnoses. Once you convert your diagnoses from ICD-9 to ICD-10, you’ll need to re-associate them before you prescribe the medications again. If you don’t, you’ll inadvertently pull an ICD-9 code into your note, which will result in claim submission errors.
